Task Groups
Path: Task Library > Task Groups
The Task Library > Task Groups window is used to name a Group to which you can add a list of specific Tasks. Each Task is then assigned to the Group when you Add or Edit the individual Task from Task Library > View All.
Once Tasks assigned to the named Group, it is easy to select the Group to add several tasks at once to a work order.
To make changes to the Sort Order or Allowed Sites as well as Disable the Group, select the Edit button for the desired Group.
To export a list of Task Groups to a CSV file, select the CSV button at the upper right of the Task Groups window.

Open Task Library > View All.

Click the Edit button for the desired Task.

Select the Task Group for the Task.

Click Save.
